Flipnote Studio 3D

Anyone else getting this on the 3DS? I'm definitely getting it, I'm even paying the fee for online. If you have consistently high ratings(plenty of stars/views and stuff) you might not need to pay the fee. Sounds like it will attract a lot of beggars though :S
